"POWER HOUR" is one hour of a mixture of Crossfit, H.I.I.T(High Intensity Interval training), and Urban workouts.  During the hour that you sign up for you will be lead in a group setting by a trainer through a multitude of different movements to target various parts of your body.  Group Sessions are offered on Wednesday evenings and in the mornings on Saturday and Sundays.
